Admited on the list of arbitrators of the French National Committee of the ICC; Co-author of the “ICC Merger and Acquisition Model Agreement” and of the ICC “Model Turnkey Agreement of the ICC Commercial Legal Practice Commission”; member of the task force of the ICC CLP Commission preparing the “ICC Model Asset Purchase Agreement”. Co-author of “Closing a business in France” in the report “Doing Business 2009 and 2010” of the World Bank. Member of the International Bar Association (IBA), of the Inter-Pacific Bar Association and of the International Distribution Institute (IDI).
