The Labour and Employment practice group of VAUGHAN Avocats is made up of 17 specialists.The group is led by Bruno Courtine, Alexis Moisand, Benoît Girardin and Fabriche Perruchot. It provides a comprehensive service to clients both in France and internationally on all aspects of employment issues and industrial relations.
The team has substantial references in restructuring; employment aspects of mergers and acquisitions; executive remuneration; employee share options plans and profit sharing schemes; social protection or collective matters.
Those references were acquired by centering on the needs of the client organisation with which partnering agreements are put in place so as to ensure the optimisation of its policies in the long term.
One of the strong points of VAUGHAN Avocats is its in-depth experience of litigation in employment and labour matters. The latter area of law is brought before a vast array of various courts which apply a large number of procedural rules - from labour courts to civil courts ("tribunaux d’instance", "tribunaux de grande instance", commercial courts for labour issues relating to insolvency), as well as administrative courts and criminal courts.
