The Labour and Employment practice group of VAUGHAN Avocats is made up of 20 specialists.The group is led by Bruno Courtine, Alexis Moisand and Fabrice Perruchot. It provides a comprehensive service to clients both in France and internationally on all aspects of employment issues
The team has substantial references in restructuring; employment aspects of mergers and acquisitions; executive remuneration; employee share options plans and profit sharing schemes; social protection or collective matters.

One of the strong points of VAUGHAN Avocats is its in-depth experience of litigation in employment and labour matters. The latter area of law is brought before a vast array of various courts which apply a large number of procedural rules - from labour courts to civil courts ("tribunaux d’instance", "tribunaux de grande instance", commercial courts for labour issues relating to insolvency), as well as administrative courts and criminal courts.
