VAUGHAN Avocats.
Vaughan real estate department is led by Eric Forestier, partner, assisted by his associate Claude Brault Bentchicou.
The real estate team practice focuses on representing, assisting and advising clients (promoters, construction companies, real estate agents, drawing offices, architects, contractors, property companies, property managers, space users...) in various types of negotiations and litigations : drafting commercial and residential leases, real estate sales, preliminary sale agreement, follow-up and assistance during the sale process, sale of commercial establishments...
In permanent contact with the other partners of the firm, the team also intervenes within restructuration and reorganization of sites. Indeed, one of Vaughan's particularity is to deal with complex legal, technological, industrial reconversion and business issues (partial asset transfer, social management, creation of subsidiaries, sale of plants...) notably covering real estate issues.
The real estate team also handles construction law issues (project manager assistance, drafting of agreements, follow-up of construction operations, follow-up of litigations) and co-ownership law issues for property managers and co-owner syndicates (assistance and advice, expenses collection, execution of companies general meetings...)
